We need to include all the costs to know what we are working with. If we don't know what our budget is we will spend more money than necessary. What we are doing now is what will help us with all the spending we will be making. What we are going to start to include to the cost of hotels and restaurants because that is the main thing. We need to also calculate how much we are going to save to have fun. Also what we are going to fun raise to get more money for other expenses.

I estimate that the charter busses will be approximately $800-$1000 in only the busses. The hotel will cost to about $100-$150 the room plus other people in the room and the additional cost. Restaurants will cost about $100-$200 in all the days that we are there.
